Welcome to the ITG portal. This portal is for ITG students, ITG trainers and IRAP staff. It contains the updated detailed outlines for the courses that I teach. ITG trainers are welcome to use these outlines and tailor them as needed. If you have suggestions for improvement, please email them to me.

JAWS Training

JAWS is the screen reader that IRS employees who are blind or visually impaired use to access their computers. There are two courses.

Jaws Part one introduces students to the JAWS screen reader.

Since many IRS employees work in telephone centers and need to read large amounts of material quickly, I expose them to the Skim Reading and Word Index tools.

JAWS Part two covers the more advanced features of JAWS including the customization of JAWS.
